HBB places major emphasis on our Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. The objective of our internal quality control review process is to identify conflicts, to ask questions, and to raise issues regarding design features that may present a future problem. To ensure sound organization and management throughout our projects, a formal review system is utilized. The primary goals of our QA/QC program are:
- A completed project that performs to the client’s expectations.
- A contract price that is reasonable and within the client’s budget.
- Avoiding change orders that increase the cost of construction.
It is the policy of HBB that no professional design document for a project shall be distributed until its contents have been reviewed and approved in accordance with our QA/QC processes and documentation. All of HBB project managers and staff work together to ensure that the adequacy, suitability, and quality of our work meets the highest level of industry standards.
