Jim brings exceptional skills to project management, often integrating multi-disciplinary teams to incorporate sustainable design principles into the development of unique and memorable spaces. His technical expertise in the preparation of design and planning documents, construction documents, specifications and cost estimates provides a solid foundation for project success. As a former member of the City of Kenmore Planning Commission, he is aware of the trends and issues facing communities throughout the region and viable solutions available. Maintaining a commitment to successful client service, his projects have consistently been commended for design excellence and quality control.
