HBB is committed to producing quality landscapes with minimal impact to the environment. We design spaces that reflect site’s unique context and the character or identity of the surrounding community while also having the goal of reducing natural resource and energy use.

We work with our clients and design partners to incorporate Low Impact Development (LID), habitat enhancement, and water resource protection strategies into every project. These can include the design of rain gardens, biofiltration swales, water-efficient irrigation systems, green roofs, habitat planting for a variety of ecosystems, and permeable paving solutions.
